I kind of had a feeling getting a refund would be a pain, and unfortunately this pretty much confirmed it. The process dragged on way longer than it should have, and I had to keep waiting around for updates. Not the worst experience ever, but definitely frustrating.

I tried using the site for a bit, but the pages were confusing and I couldn’t really figure out where I was supposed to go next. I was just sitting there with my coffee getting cold, clicking around, and after a few minutes I gave up

I ordered the jacket based on their size guide, but it still showed up way too tight. The measurements just didn’t match how it fit me at all. I was expecting clearer instructions or at least a more reliable guide before buying. Now I have to go through the whole return process, which is frustrating. I don’t think I’d trust their sizing again.
